Martine Nevejans-Defruyt, a gastronomy and wine professor, invites you to her kitchen at her guesthouse in Dunes to discover her meals and welcoming atmosphere.
She will demonstrate advanced and effective techniques, explaining how you can prepare a true culinary feast at home.
After the cooking demonstration, participants are invited to taste the results paired with selected wines.
Classes are taught in French, with translation into Dutch, English, and German as needed. They begin promptly and last approximately four hours.
